The “Payment Purpose” field in payment instructions must be completed in accordance with the ISO 20022 standard, as established by Order No. 148 of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine dated March 22, 2023.

As of April 1, 2023, the Treasury accepts and processes payments to the state budget under both unstructured and structured “Payment Purpose” formats.
